You are responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning the item. Unfortunately, shipping costs are non-refundable. In the case of a refund, the return shipping expenses will be deducted from the refunded amount.

The time it takes for the exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.

For items valued at over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or obtaining shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee the receipt of your returned item.
